BulkHDDHub is the wholesale storage trading arm of Guangzhou QingYan Technology Co., Ltd. — a Guangzhou-based supplier of Seagate hard drives to distributors, integrators and resellers worldwide.
We source, verify and grade Seagate hard drives in volume, then ship them to buyers across Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and South America.
We are not a manufacturer and we do not pretend to be one. What we offer is buying expertise — knowing which part numbers are genuinely moving, which condition grades are honestly described, and what a pallet of drives actually costs once it lands in your warehouse.
That focus is deliberate. Working one product family, in three well-understood series, lets us hold real stock visibility, keep grading consistent and quote faster than a general-purpose distributor can.

Part numbers and capacities are confirmed against the unit itself. Interfaces, sector formats and firmware families are checked before anything is listed.
Brand-new, refurbished and recertified stock is separated, labelled and priced as a distinct grade. We never blur the line between them.
Drives are packed for international transit and shipped from Guangzhou, with commercial documentation prepared for your customs process.

Drives returned to specification through a manufacturer recertification programme, carrying a 12-month warranty — the strongest quality assurance in our refurbished tiers.

What a young company can offer is freedom from old commitments. We quote within one working day. We ship 5 drives on a first order. We take 30% deposit instead of full prepayment. We put a 12-month advance-replacement warranty on refurbished drives — twice what most of the market will commit to in writing. And you see photographs of your actual units, with their serial numbers, before the balance is due.
What we do not have is a decade of testimonials. If that matters to you more than terms and paperwork, we are probably not the right supplier, and you should know that now rather than after a shipment.
