Minimum order quantity is 10 drives per order. For a first order we will ship 5 drives so you can test the drives, the packaging and our paperwork before committing to volume.

30% deposit by T/T to confirm and reserve stock, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We send a proforma invoice before payment and shipping documents after dispatch, so every payment is tied to a document you can check.

Brand-new drives carry a 3-year warranty; refurbished and recertified drives carry 12 months. Both are backed by us, with advance replacement — we ship the replacement before the faulty unit comes back, so a failure never stalls your build. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced within 30 days at our cost.

Three grades are supplied: brand-new (factory-sealed), refurbished (cleaned, health-checked and SMART-cleared) and recertified (returned to specification through a manufacturer programme). Every quotation states the grade explicitly, and the warranty follows the grade.

Yes. Orders are quoted per part number and combined into a single shipment, which keeps freight cost per drive down for mixed-container buying. Mixed condition grades are fine too as long as each line is labelled on the invoice.

Bands below are indicative for bulk OEM units, FOB Guangzhou, at MOQ 10 pcs, and move with NAND/nearline supply. Your written quotation is the binding figure. A dash (—) means we do not currently list that condition on that line — ask us, because supply changes weekly.

Yes. Drives ship from Guangzhou to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and South America. EXW, FOB, CIF and door-to-door terms can all be quoted.

Within one working day for standard part numbers and capacities. Unusual configurations take a little longer while stock is confirmed, and we say so when acknowledging the enquiry.
