Minimum order quantity is 10 drives per order. For a first order we will ship 5 drives so you can test the drives, the packaging and our paperwork before committing to volume. Mixed part numbers can share the same minimum.

30% deposit by T/T to confirm and reserve stock, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We send a proforma invoice before payment and shipping documents after dispatch, so every payment is tied to a document you can check.

Three: brand-new (factory-sealed), refurbished (cleaned, health-checked, SMART cleared) and recertified (returned to specification through a manufacturer programme). Every quotation states the grade explicitly, and the drives that ship match it.

Brand-new drives carry a 3-year warranty; refurbished and recertified drives carry 12 months. Both are backed by us, with advance replacement — we ship the replacement before the faulty unit comes back, so a failure never stalls your build. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced within 30 days at our cost.

Yes — everything ships from Guangzhou. We regularly send to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and South America, and can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or door-to-door depending on how you prefer to handle freight and customs.

Within one working day for standard part numbers and capacities. Large or unusual configurations may take a little longer while we confirm availability — we will tell you which case you are in when we acknowledge your enquiry.
